Built by the people who already lived this problem.

AIDNAW Inc. was founded by professionals who've implemented enterprise ERP systems and spent years consulting operators on how to streamline and grow their businesses through automation, standardization, and analytics.

Veteran-Owned & Operated
Our story

We didn't start with a dashboard idea. We started with a pattern we kept seeing.

The people behind AIDNAW have spent years on the implementation side of enterprise ERP — running the requirements workshops, the data migrations, the go-lives — and then sitting across the table from the operations teams who had to actually run the business on top of what got built. Long before AIDNAW existed, that same group was consulting manufacturers, distributors, and service organizations on how to streamline operations and grow deliberately, through automation, standardization, and analytics rather than simply adding headcount.

The pattern was always the same: the system went live, the reports got built, and the business still ran on tribal knowledge and side conversations for the decisions that actually mattered. AIDNAW is what we built once we stopped treating that gap as normal.

AIDNAW is also a veteran-owned business — one of our founders served in the U.S. Navy before moving into enterprise technology, and the same discipline around process, standards, and clear accountability carried straight over into how we've built this company.

What that experience taught us

Three backgrounds, one recurring lesson.

Enterprise ERP delivery, hands-on operations consulting, and automation and analytics work all pointed at the same gap — which is what AIDNAW was built to close.

Enterprise ERP delivery

We've been on the implementation side of enterprise ERP — the requirements workshops, the data migrations, the go-lives that ran long. We know exactly where an ERP's job ends, and where a business is still left to figure out what to do next on its own.

01 · built it, not just bought it

Process & operations consulting

Years spent advising operators on how to streamline and grow taught us that the constraint is rarely a missing system — it's a missing decision layer. Most operations don't need another module; they need the information they already have to reach whoever has to act on it.

02 · years advising operators, not just vendors

Automation, standardization & analytics

Automation, standardization, and analytics were the levers we used long before AIDNAW existed — to cut waste, make processes repeatable, and give leadership a real read on the business. AIDNAW is those same levers, built into a product instead of re-run project by project.

03 · the same playbook, productized
Why AIDNAW exists

We built the tool we kept wishing our clients already had.

Every engagement ended the same way: the ERP worked, the reports were accurate, and the business still needed a place where priorities, context, and the next action lived together. AIDNAW is that place — built by people who'd rather solve the problem once, for everyone, than solve it by hand for one client at a time.
